Product Design involves the creation of consumer products, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and usability.
Idea & Decision
Brainstorming - define the problem and idea generation and select the most viable idea.
Defining the Product means highlighting a certain number of general expectations or requirements for product implementation.
User Research
Research implies several aspects: market research to define the presence of competitors, the definition of trends, the assessment of the product’s prospective longevity, etc.
Sketch
Sketches allow for direction finding when choosing the main concept, and then the composition, layouts, edits, and refinement of the concept would follow.
Prototype
Prototyping is a skeleton of the future product, demonstrating the functionality, ways of user interaction with the product, and its basic appearance. It is used to avoid errors and corrections in the future.
Product
Define specifications - allow reviewing all the requirements for the finished product and possible solutions in maximum detail ( responsibilities, deadlines, and costs. )
MVP ( minimum viable product ) implementation - offers insight into whether the product idea resonates with users or if pivoting toward another focus might be more beneficial.
Sample Testing - Manufacturing the product. Sample Testing helps with flaws and inconsistencies identification.
Product Maintenance - providing quality assurance.
